Nash County partnered with Economic Leadership, a North Carolina economic development and strategic planning consulting firm, to guide in a Workforce Evaluation and Strategic Action Agenda. The final report assesses a workforce quality perspective, viewing relevant training and education, engagement from community and business leaders, and a blueprint for improvement all while evaluating how to strengthen both labor force quality and quantity.  This strategic plan will ensure Nash County stands out in an increasingly competitive economic development environment.
