Middlesex Corporate Centre is a premier county-owned industrial park located on U.S. Highway 64, just 25 minutes from downtown Raleigh and 45 minutes from the Research Triangle Region. The park includes over 368 acres and features a 62,500-square-foot shell building, expandable to 100,000 square feet, home to SinnovaTek/First Wave.
